A Smattering of Ignorance

Pardon me while I have a strange interlude.

But you can call me Bowie

About Me
I might technically be an adult, but I'll never be a grownup. My journal is friends only, but I do enjoy meeting new people, so feel free to comment if you think we'd get along. (Please do comment though- I probably won't even notice if you don't.)
I spend most of my time telling stories about the randomness of everyday life, and glorifying in my obsessions, of which there are many. Aikido, literary nerdom, Red Sox fanaticism, sci-fi/fantasy/comics fandom, David Bowie worship, and coffee-addled ramblings fill these pages. Meta, thoughts on feminism, gender politics, social justice, and sexuality also fill these pages.
I do have more than a little bit of a graphics addiction, but mostly, I keep it in my icon/graphics journal.
My outstanding Nine/Rose Doctor Who animated mood theme was created by sparking_off .

My customized layout was designed by milou_veronica .

The Due South header, Beatles friends only banner, and Star Trek info graphics were all made by me.
